I’ve used this location for a long time and they are always good when I actually go there but my huge gripe is that they never pick up the phone when I call them.

I've had PNC bank I remember back when it was national city this is my bank .dollar bank then national city now PNC. I say about twenty five years all three banks combined. Their decent banking systems. I like it
Terrible. I was trying to open a bank account and the lady manager was not friendly. She treated me like nothing it is not the first time. Than you lose one customer because of her I open a bank account in the citzen bank they are more friendly and care about people. Please this manager needs to change her behavior the way how she look at me was terrible I feel she did not want to talk to me I feel terrible.
