I had a great time at this branch! The teller was very helpful and prompt. Zoe Mull helped us at the desk, and she was super friendly, answered all of our questions clearly, and helped set up an account. I personally have only had good experience with PNC!
Brilliantly Boring is the exact right slogan for PNC. Been with this bank for almost 59 Years. (Long before it even was PNC).Have never had a problem. Helpful, friendly service at many branches over the years. Stress free and "Brilliantly Boring".
Don't waste your time. Awful customer service, demeaning tone, as well as 0 ability to handle a conversation. I will be back with ID to shut my account down of 10+ years due to the orange shirt manager and his caricature companion. Thank you PNC for having terrible locations all around, I prefer your service mostly at UDF. Outside of that 0 stars I recommend switching to Chase or Huntington
Terrible customer service. You wait there forever and everyone ignores that you are there!
