The teller was unable to assist with the compromised card, necessitating that I resolve the issue independently. Upon visiting the Tylersville branch, I was informed that the initial teller should have provided assistance. Consequently, I will not be returning to the original location.
Took my daughter over 45 minutes to cash a PNC ISSUED CHECK!!! “We might not have the money” it’s only $6100.00!!! What kind of bank doesn’t have $6100 in their vault!!! Then they insisted on her opening an account and depositing $25 so they could cash one of their own checks and not charge her $128.00 if your bank issues a check, you should be able to cash it for people and not charge them fees. I had a great time at this branch! The teller was very helpful and prompt. Zoe Mull helped us at the desk, and she was super friendly, answered all of our questions clearly, and helped set up an account. I personally have only had good experience with PNC!
Brilliantly Boring is the exact right slogan for PNC. Been with this bank for almost 59 Years. (Long before it even was PNC).Have never had a problem. Helpful, friendly service at many branches over the years. Stress free and "Brilliantly Boring".
