Extremely disappointed with the branch manager at this location. Unsure of his name but tall guy. He was not helpful and quick to be dismissive. Much better experience at other locations and will not return to forest park.

great customer service, very friendly and helpful Today is May 20, 2024 I called PNC Bank around 9:10am to find out why my online check was showing $1.00 deposit; was told they had to check and find out why this happen of course I got disconnected and had to call back;I was told someone would call me back with the information needed. I ended up calling back myself and was finally told I could dispute in amount since it was wrong.
