Just a complete mess. Majority of the time the bankers act like they're busy and we as a customer MUST make an appointment. Why? You're never THAT busy like other branches. I've never been told I need to make an appointment. It's one thing if you have a customer in your office, sure I'll go run an errand and come back but no. Just recently this area has become nothing but ghettos and Mexicans.
