Not helpful. No idea what they are doing.
I had a terrible experience here with the notary. The lady Dilsen Palmer made me wait 20 minutes, then told me she was going to lunch and that no one else could help me.
The managers can’t count and they have terrible customer service. Don’t bank at PNC.
Their customer service is horrible...I'm taking my money to another bank or other options...this is ridiculous!!!
