You cannot make deposits at this location. I have never been inside a PNC Bank where you cannot deposit checks. They should remove the drive through and signage at this location, very confusing. It looks like every other PNC Bank from the outside, but it is not!
Comes up on the map like any other pnc location. Drove 10 miles here because the 2 around me closed down. Turns out it's an ATM only bank. I brought this up to the employee inside and she told me that was not the case. I showed her and she said I had to click on the website link and then read through the small print on the bottom to see that it was in fact ATM only. She didn't think this was a problem. Ridiculous. I'll be shopping for a new bank
Full size building but not a BANK? Just a "DIGITAL" only location and outside drive-up ATM requires you to open car door to get close enough to use. Frustrating. Oh well:).
Drove 13 miles to get here and this is not even a bank. 🤬🤬
