My recent experience at PNC Bank was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Gigi. When I inquired about the time it would take to fax a document, Gigi responded by looking at the printer and mocking me, saying, "How long are you going to take?" in a demeaning tone while mimicking my question. I usually go to another branch but the last three times I went to PNC was this one in Jensen Beach. Each time I visited here I had the same Teller by the name Kiana. Each time she was very polite, friendly and professional at the same time. She is always helpul and answer's my question's. The second time I dealt with her I had a problem finding my Driver's License in my wallet. She was patient, didn't rush me and was concerned that I didn't lose it. Luckily I found in the wrong spot.
