If i could give a zero i would. They refuse to let you withdraw money that is available in your account until after 5 business days of them holding to verify the funds. For someone who has a personal, business & multiple credit cards, i will cancelling my PNC account and moving to chase.
Terrible bank always a problem when you try to withdraw your own money even when you call ahead will more than likely be canceling my account and just only use wells Fargo
My recent experience at PNC Bank was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Gigi. When I inquired about the time it would take to fax a document, Gigi responded by looking at the printer and mocking me, saying, "How long are you going to take?" in a demeaning tone while mimicking my question.
