Younger Hispanic female bank teller insisted my bank deposit was $10 short through the drive through today. Required me to sign the altered deposit slip -$10 In order to make the deposit . Apparently she needed the money more than me. I have had a business bank account with them for over 7+ years and do 3-4 deposits a week at another location and I never have had an issue. I will NEVER return to that bank location again. I do not trust them and I hope they get caught.
This is the worst bank do not open a bank at PNC bank. I recommend TD Bank or chase. They are the best and they offer the most benefits. They are rude, disrespectful or don't care about helping anybody. The only thing that therefore is for a paycheck. I have somebody in the inside, and they told me eighty five percent of the employees are only there for a paycheck
PNC is good because it has three ATMs but trying to get in from the plaza is horrible
This Bank always has trouble giving you your money ATM is usually broken or their systems down. There needs to be some kind of punishment when the bank can't give me my money. Should be just like a overdraft fee you can give me $35 I bet the machines would be working then
