I came to this branch after two days of waiting for a representative on the phone. A total of 1h 45m with no agent available. First time I used this branch in Palm City and drive thru. The teller was so nice and helpful! I forgot her name, but I think her name started with a C. I usually use the branch on US 1, near Wedgewood and they are not pleasant at all. I will be using the Palm City branch from now on! Great customer service!!!
I walked into this branch to cash and deposit a check so it is available the same day. I made that very clear to the teller (mind you, I’ve been with this bank for almost 7 years now, so I know how it works). she proceeds to verify my account. She then tells me she’s not able to cash and deposit it because the amount of the check and “I don’t have that amount in my account”….
