Real American bank! The one and only bank that takes rules, regulations seriously. That doesn’t mean there aren’t other great banks out there. But I had the immense privilege of experiencing perfection with Pnc. Thank you, PNC.
#FAIL - I had the worst experience ever at this PNC bank on Park st. The branch manager Sheryl is not very customer focused or friendly. She is indifferent and would rather spend time on her phone. I tried opening an account but after numerous unsuccessful attempts, I gave up and went to a different bank. I would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!
I went there twice to open a bank account at PNC. First time they said I required more documents. The second time they had problems using their banking system. I was there for two hours and they still could not get it sorted. Then they unceremoniously kicked me out because they were closing - TERRIBLE customer service. The manager is rude and lazy. It was an inconvenience for her to get up from her chair and assist other customers and myself. I would give zero stars if I could.
Amazing customer service. Feels like a small town bank inside. Tellers all helpful and friendly.
