Today I visited the branch, I needed to send an International wire, my Mom passed and I was in distress. Jhon Sigmon was in the lobby and he smiled at me, He was very kind when I explained my situation, do you know you can send the wires by your self online? Yes, but I didn't want to make a mistake, but he never told me that. He was kind, supportive, and he helped me do it. Consistently a long wait and the branch seems to have no interest in making changes.
They close for lunch but can't list that online? Not here on maps? A sign of extreme incompetence. Get your acts together! Edit....they weren't. Actually closed for lunch. Just wildly slow... 30 minutes for one car in the drive thru. Cars backed up to the street. Nonsense!
Never seem to have enough tellers, especially on a Friday afternoon. Lots of people sitting in their offices "looking" busy yet they can't be bothered to come out and help the single teller helping a half dozen people in line.
