I should have read the reviews before I went. This is less of a “bank” and more of an ATM with live customer support. Well that’s super cool because instead of depositing my $2000 I now get to keep it on me all day because I didn’t plan for that. Riddle me this, Batman: what is a BANK that doesn’t deal with CASH?
I had a wonderful experience with Nicole the other day. She was extremely helpful and straightforward. I was in and out within 15 minutes!
Went to PNC on May 11, 11am to get a car title notarized, and the notary refused to notarize it because of a signing issue. I then had to spend over an extra hour going to the DMV/title bureau to redo everything. The frustrating part is the DMV told me the title could have still been notarized at PNC because there was another signature section available at the bottom to correct it. From out of State and needed a notary for some documents . The Branch manager Robert when above and beyond to alleviate a stressful situation. 5 stars
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited over a month for an update on some paperwork and called multiple times to follow up. I was told I would receive a call back and never did each time, only to find they are directing me to another branch because they can’t find answers to my questions.
