From out of State and needed a notary for some documents . The Branch manager Robert when above and beyond to alleviate a stressful situation. 5 stars
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I waited over a month for an update on some paperwork and called multiple times to follow up. I was told I would receive a call back and never did each time, only to find they are directing me to another branch because they can’t find answers to my questions.
Seriously, just close this place. It's useless as a bank. I expect this is the way of the future. Eliminate humans/jobs and replace them with electronics that can't do what you need.
What’s the point of being a bank with no tellers, no cash depositing? Like I don’t get it.
This branch of PNC do not know how to offer service to customers. Their loan officer asks applicant information to apply, and send the applicant a letter saying the loan is basically approved. Then the applicant sends more information to the bank, and the bank claims they never received the additional documents, and keeps asking you for more of the same information, until the applicant is totally tired and withdraws the application.
