I love Ingrid!! She was extremely personable and helpful! She made me excited about learning some new skills on financial literacy. I’ve never been more happy to not spend money lol!! She was knowledgeable about the process of opening my account, about different types of accounts and the amenities that come with them. Ingrid is definitely a keeper!! She brought a certain level of customer service that’s rare during these times. I appreciate her dedication to banking more than ever!
Heads-up was informed they’re no longer doing cash deposits into an account unless it’s going into a business account ! That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard!
