I can’t even count the amount of times I’ve driven here to use the ATM and it’s either completely broken down, or a feature is down on it. The PNC lobby for PNC customers is never open to try to use that one either. Please make the ATM more accessible or add another branch for those who drive out of their way to use it!
I had an issue with fraud and needed to get a new debit card right away. I was told by the PNC rep on the phone that this location was open til 6 (by end of the call it was 4:49) so I rush over and get there at 5:08 only for them to rudely ignore me then yell at me that they're closed. I needed my debit card and asked please help me. They did, however, every person in that branch was so rude and awful. Sorry, you changed your hours, maybe let the rest of pnc know.
I am very disappointed by the rude customer service I received on 2 occasions. Recently on 04/01/2026(not an April fools joke), I needed to change my PIN for my checking account. I was asked to take a seat and wait. After about 20 minutes, I asked the staff kindly if maybe they forgot about me. Sabrina had the worst customer service skills. I will most likely withdrawal my funds and bank elsewhere due to her lack of communication skills and overall demeanor. Every opinion I expressed she pushed back and spoke over me, she was argumentative, confrontational and completely impossible to conduct any business with. I am incredibly disappointed in this experience and her lack of people skills. You never know what people are going through and you really should offer people kindness not judgment and aggression. Awful.
