Heads-up was informed they’re no longer doing cash deposits into an account unless it’s going into a business account ! That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard!
Been banking here for 13 years but today im finding a new bank this company has been zero help with scam charges on my account that I've previously told them to put two stop orders on yet the money keeps coming out
Jake was wonderful, very personable and quick to get everything I needed situated !!
I came to this location, I wanted to make changes to my account. The people in the building office had me waiting 10-15 minutes and when a white couple came they were happy to help. But had me waiting there for 10-15 minutes I ended up speaking to the teller who was very helpful and assisted me instantly. I don’t like how when someone who Is the same race as them, the people in the office help them instantly and I had to wait and even make a complaint. Do better.
