Not happy with this bank at all. I did power of attorney for my dad and got the run around. Had to go there 4 times because of mistakes they made. Always have to wait days just to sign a paper
I live in Portland, MI. Now and this is the Branch I have always went to. On 5/1/24 around 2:00 p.m. I walked in and noticed there was no one that I had ever seen before? They only had one teller working the drive-thru which was backed up and only one teller working the front counter which was at least three to four people backed up also!!! It looked like they only had 3 other employees 2 in a office helping one couple? Went a few weeks ago, and wow was Jameca simply amazing. Great customer service and very knowledgeable, returning to this branch just for her!
Adrian is awesome!
Avoid using this bank at all cost, poor customer service. And more importantly they lose your money when you ask them for transfer. and they say it’s 3rd parties fault. And you have to call whoever to figure it out. The worst banking experience ever ! Stay away from PNC in general.
