I run a business and make decent sized deposits and large large withdrawals and I went twice and they said this is too much and I don't show a history of you doing this what's going on? I then reply with it's my money and I can do what I want with it and whenever I want with it. I have a history of this and have no issues in the Lansing or Okemos branch. Stay away from this place.

I will always use the outside ATM at this location because the drive up window clerks are horrible. I have just moved to the area and the female window clerk was rudely questioning me on why I was using this location for my banking needs. I have been with pnc for 10 years and this location has by far the worst customer service experience thus far.
