Never book an appointment here. You schedule in advance, get reminders, show up, and magically the person you’re scheduled to meet with is out for the week! No call, no communication, just more than happy to waste your time. Avoid this branch of at all possible!
This was one of the nicest PNC's I've been in, in a while. Been a loyal PNC customer for years and never have been treated badly, and this PNC in particular is why I stay. Great customer service, fixed my issue and got me in and out in a timely manner.
