I have never had such a disappointing experience at a bank that holds my money. When I first arrived, I waited approximately five minutes before the teller told me she would not accept my valid passport card as identification—even though that is the identification I used to open the account. I had to walk back to my car, retrieve my driver’s license, and return to the branch. After returning, I waited an additional 35 minutes and still never received assistance.
