Banked with pnc since I was a kid. Auto deposits and bills.... first time I lose my card, a customer at my own job steals it. I have videos of me dropping it from my car to the door of my job, and a regular customer picked it up. He spends over $1500+. They dont think its deserve provisional credit, and the investigation takes 10 days.
