Banked with pnc since I was a kid. Auto deposits and bills.... first time I lose my card, a customer at my own job steals it. I have videos of me dropping it from my car to the door of my job, and a regular customer picked it up. He spends over $1500+. They dont think its deserve provisional credit, and the investigation takes 10 days. That was loan money (not by them, never approves me) The nice gentleman at the bank said they auto approve the first nine transactions, and this is a hardship. Fast drive thru, friendly teller
I have had so much time in line that I was able to write this review while currently waiting. I am 4th in line while looking at three employees currently scrolling on Facebook and tiktok on their phones. Looking up seeing the line and pretending that these customers here with me do not exist. We can see you through the glass of your office. Just a heads up.
