Absolute worst bank I have ever encountered. They do not routinely put your savings into the money market to get their clients the best rate of return . You have to ask them to make an exception … ridiculous ! Also we had an account hacked and it felt like they wouldn’t do their best to recover . I spent several hours trying to track down the stolen money .. they said it was too long after it was stolen ( I think they give you 60 days ) to refund . I guess staff at this branch is really good but the manager is good for nothing. If he is gone, this branch will do good. He is not helpful at all.
Plainview Branch Manager was not at all helpful. Last week we went into the branch after discovering a fraudulent transaction on our account. The Manager discussed it with us and made some promises about how PNC would investigate and return our money. Two follow-ups this week got us nowhere and a direct call to PNC‘s fraud department today revealed that the manager had failed to put a fraud alert on our account, as she had promised, had not initiated the process to get our money back and had minimized the risk to our account... read more
