I tried to open an account with this bank, since they offer that service online now. See attached picture how that ended. “Things happen for a reason”. I was only thinking in opening an account here, because I live less than a mile from this location. I drive by every day going and coming to work. I guess I’ll keep driving a couple miles to the largest bank in America( Chase), who doesn’t have any problems with my identity. I was asked once how I would like my money back at 2:08 pm. Sat there til 2:20 pm while other customers were serviced after the fact of 2:08pm. I did not leave the bank line til 2:22pm. Customer focus was not present this day and more attention should be focused on giving excellent customer service to all customers not most or some. ALL
No manager present. Only two tellers at lunch with no concern or attempt to be expedient for anyone's time. Avoid this branch location. I tried to go inside and gentleman met me at the door. He could've easily assisted me. Chose not too. Worst service I've ever had at a PNC. They wouldn't even fill out a deposit slip for me to help expedite my transaction. Even with just two drive thru locations. Pure laziness.
