Go there and sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 1 car in the parking lot. EVERY time. Ridiculous
They charge 2.4% to honor there own check. I returned the check to the maker and requested an instrument from a different institution. They had the nerve to tell me that it is standard banking practice at all banks. I laughed at that because it isn't so. I informed them that I would not return there or accept checks from their bank. (Even if I am going to deposit the check).
I have an idea. Why don’t you put the bank greeter to work as a teller, instead of one hard working woman doing drive thru and waiting on inside customers.
Worst bank ever. They charge money for things they shouldnt. They won't let you know something is over drafted until the next day when they tack on their 40 dollar fee first. No matter how much you tell them you want notified of activities in the bank they won't update you until they find a way to steal your money first
PNC teller Laura Dunn took advantage of my daughter and robbed her of 1 hour of her hard earned money. My daughter had an account with PNC and went into the bank to cash her check. She explained to Laura she did not want to pay a fee and would like her check back. Laura made it seem as if she could deposit the check and she would have assess to her funds. PNC charged my 17 yr old $11.00 to cash her check which she has a checking and savings. Walmart, Publix, Amscot charges less than that to cash a check. I called the bank to... read more
