This place is so bad I sat in line for 14 minutes Only 1 teller Never got service

The bank tellers here are very rude. The ATM wouldn’t disperse my money but took it out of the account. I went inside to notify the teller “Janice” and she said there was nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a manager and she said “she was busy” I said I would wait and she said she’s busy all day. I’m calling corporate as well. I will close my account before dealing with this location again.
