Customer service is getting worse. That's the general overview of my visit today. Though the person greeting at the door was very friendly, they do little in the way to make the process easy, and her purpose although cheerful was to achieve the effect of herding cattle... The teller will require you to take extra steps, seemingly to discourage any cash transactions. But that is okay, it's minimal.
