always loved going here. Been my bank since i was 17 years old.
I went to open a bank account and they wouldn't see me for 2 days. I felt like they didn't want my business. Greeter wasn't very friendly. Place feels very cold inside. I will take my business elsewhere.
If you can't tell the ATM what you need you're screwed at Eaton Rapids PNC.
I’ve only had great experiences with this PNC bank. I have gotten to know several ladies at this branch in the many years I’ve been a customer but it seems they all left. Since 2020, they are very limited on their services at this branch and no drive thru so I rarely go in anymore. But they really have been helpful even when I call and ask a question. I was really sad this week to find out that they don’t offer notary services anymore when PNC has done so before. I hope PNC invests more in this branch and NOT close it!!
