managers sit around while the tellers are very busy, when I asked if they could help they said they weren’t a teller, I’m unsure of why they are management if they can not help out with simple deposits and withdrawals
This is the best PNC in Louisville, they are always so accessible and willing to help! The nicest and most helpful bankers I’ve ever experienced!
Not a fan of chain banks and all their fees.
