Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service. I really don't like to give bad reviews, but after my experience here, I had to. Trying to notarize a vehicle title, the owner of the vehicle I was try to buy took me here to sign the title. Since I didn't personally have an account with PNC, they refused to notarize it. The owner of the vehicle has several accounts there (I am a personal friend, and know he has personal, and business accounts there), and my son banks there, along with other family members. They have always been very helpful & friendly. This past week, my debit card got stuck in the ATMwhat made this more of a hassle is that I use crutches to walk, (leg broken twice in 9mo, + no kneecap!)and I'm not yet driving. So we had to sneak in atm backwards, so I, as passenger could reach the atm. Then card stuck.(my driver is elderly & doesn't use arms) so had to back out, hoping to to hit someone/create some mess!
