Every time I have went to PNC they are very professional and quick to handle the business that I needed taken care of. Would recommend this bank, I have been dealing with them for years and have.mwber had a problem.
If you bank in person it is great. Anytime I have had to go into a location the customer service has been top notch. Unfortunately I do mostly online. That's where the one star comes in. The app itself is easy to navigate as it is well designed. Hood luck logging in though. It is enough of a problem that I am moving my accounts somewhere else. So 5 stars for in person banking but -5 stars if you are mostly online like I am.
