Although I am not a current PNC Bank cardholder, I regularly use the South Lansing location to withdraw my VA pension. As usual, I went last week to make my monthly withdrawal only to have the cash advance equipment fail with a "no host" error. The representative attempted to run my card a second and third time but both of those were declined. I was then told that since it wasn't approved I could not receive my funds. We have been with them since they took over Community Bank, in Lansing. I cannot say much about branch service, as I seldom need to visit, but each visit enabled me to carry out my desired transactions quickly and with courtesy. Their personal and on-line banking set a high standard, based on my experience.
