PNC has genuinely been one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Between unauthorized charges on my account, having to replace my card, and now watching a payment sit “pending” while my phone service gets cut off, this bank has done nothing but create stress and inconvenience. This bank is convenient for me to use because it's so close to an appointment I have regularly. Most of the staff know us now, and because my transactions are a little different than the normal, when they see us, they pretty much know exactly what we're going to do, and they are able to get us in and out quickly. So nice to go in and they ask about things going on in our life and they're just so friendly and kind.
