Worst banking experience I've ever had. Rude rude rude, I will never bank with is bank again,
We have been with them since they took over Community Bank, in Lansing. I cannot say much about branch service, as I seldom need to visit, but each visit enabled me to carry out my desired transactions quickly and with courtesy. Their personal and on-line banking set a high standard, based on my experience.
Fantastic experience at this branch. Kieryn the teller was able to help me fast and efficiently, she politely let me know about a card that would save me on foreign transactions fees. I then sat down with a young man named Eduardo who helped me with the application! Awesome bank!
Great experience!
I can say that they are truly brilliantly boring.
