Slowest bank ever don’t waste your time or energy going there…
Staff is very friendly and Knowledgeable. Have accounts and loads through them. They helped me step by step. I've had problems with other banks. I've been with pnc every since they can to lansing.
Revamped lobby is inconvenient and disturbing. Fake teller even more so, why ask if they can help me if they must go to teller to finish transactions... Makes no sense.I don't want multiple people involved with my transactions. The 1 and only teller Greg (who is very nice) ran out of currency at 1030 in the morning and needed to leave his post for more !!! Don't u have other people for this so he can man his post and do his job taking care of us ? Also answering the phone with a warning about recording is completely ignorant... read more
The teller made a “mistake” and made a $100 withdrawal on my account after I deposited a large check over $10k. I called them immediately and they said they made a mistake and returned my money. There are much better banks out there.
