The manager must be on the longest lunch break if they say they'll call me back like trying to get a girl's fake number 😅. Worst part is that I have an account with PNC (might have to reconsider a different banking option if this is how PNC treats their bankers) *On a side note, my coworker accidentally called the Dearborn bank, and they actually called me back
Customer service is off shore and lousy.PNC shares your phone number with "affiliates"
Slowest bank ever don’t waste your time or energy going there…
Staff is very friendly and Knowledgeable. Have accounts and loads through them. They helped me step by step. I've had problems with other banks. I've been with pnc every since they can to lansing.
