Im giving a 2 star only because they are nice enough to change currency for me without having an account. Bank manager/teller leaned foreward quickly to pet my working dog with out asking until after he was finished. Then he asked if it was ok to pet, when my dog has very clear markings saying do not pet working dog. Do not distract ptsd dog. Now I'm sitting on my porch having recurrent flashbacks and intrusive thoughts. Highly considering contacting department of civil rights and filing a complaint.
Been with this bank for years and I can say I love it I’ve never had any problems and if I think I’m gonna run into a problem they are on it to make sure I don’t there building are always clean and the service is great what could you want more.
