I have never been treated more poorly as a customer than I have been at this branch. I left for another bank because the cemetery road branch was so bad. I went to bridge street in Dublin to avoid this one
Friendly and Helpful – The people here are always friendly and helpful and I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. The only time they let me down was when I needed a notary. They gave me the name of an independent notary. I went to my other bank (JP Morgan Chase) and they notarized my papers immediately for free.
Botched auto loan denies me title to requires me to pay anyw – Stay away from this bank. They can really ruin your life! I had purchased/financed a used vehicle and they botched up the paperwork so badly that the manufacturer will not release the title, but they established the loan and still hold me responsible. just ok – I would not recommend that anyone go to this national city if you have the choice. If you are going through the drive thru to save time, you better think again. The drive thru is much, much slower than the inside. However if you go inside you could be faced with a rude teller inside. There is one specific teller that I try not to have to go to each time I am there because she is not friendly and sometimes just downright rude. worst bank I have ever dealt with, rip off. Will charge you over draft fees even if you have the $$ in your savings part of your account. They lie about giving you $$ to join their bank.......you never get it. Worst Bank ever...........BEWARE

Great CD Rates!!!!!! – We had never heard of this Bank and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The CD rates are about the best you can find anywhere for long term and the personal bankers go out of their way to help you and make your visit informative and enjoyable. We will definitely consult them again when we are looking for more banking needs. I think anyone who visits this bank will find something that suits them.
