I was made aware that overall PNC has been short-staffed in the area, so I called ahead to make an appointment about a week before my CD maturity date. I spoke to George. He was very helpful and professional in addressing any questions I had. Later that day, I received an email confirming my appointment date and time with Priya. No longer a real bank - just an atm enclosed in a physical structure. There are no tellers available, so you cannot make deposits or use notary services. Go elsewhere if you need anything beyond atm access.

I have been a member with PNC banking since 2015. I loved PNC. I am newly married and wanted to put my husband as a joint owner on the account. The woman we worked with, Priya Thulasidas, imputed my husbands name incorrectly (last name as first name, first as last), making it so that PNC could not verify the account. The account was then locked.
