This has to be the most incompetent bank I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve been with PNC for 7 years, and in that time I had to close a bank account (employee did not successfully close) 6 months passed to find out the account was still open! I’ve had to close bank cards only to find out they never canceled the card and I had fraud on that card! They had my name wrong on my bank account, went in person to ask them to fix it only to find out this past Wednesday the employee DID NOT fix it! Everytime I come in this bank to bring my church's money most of the time I get the same lady. I don't know her name but she is Hispanic and wears glasses. She never speak when I say how are you doing. Today she put my receipt on the desk closest to her so I had to reach for it. Didn't say anything, really? She is not in the right profession having to deal with the public. I've been coming here for 2 years she's the same every time.

Recently, I had a great experience and pleasure opening an account at this branch. Every employee was pleasant and courteous. Ms Tarasov was extremely efficient and helpful. Mr Campanelli was a pleasure to deal with and helpful. The Carrboro Branch epitomizes PNC's motto: We are here to help.
