Always such great customer service here! The teller was so kind, and the regional manager even made my kiddo’s day with sweet words and lollipops. Truly above and beyond!
This bank sucks they would not cash a check from their own bank. They were so rude. Even though I had plenty of ID they still wouldn't cash it. They were no help at all and told me I was welcome to go cash it somewhere else.
Not sure what the 1 star reviews are about, I guess people don't know how to handle their money responsibly so they take it out on the bank tellers. Weird. I love this bank and i always have. Fast and friendly customer service always. Whenever I have a fraudulent charge I get the money immediately and can get a new card printed immediately as well. I have always trusted this company with my money and I will continue doing so. Thanks PNC
