This bank sucks they would not cash a check from their own bank. They were so rude. Even though I had plenty of ID they still wouldn't cash it. They were no help at all and told me I was welcome to go cash it somewhere else.
Not sure what the 1 star reviews are about, I guess people don't know how to handle their money responsibly so they take it out on the bank tellers. Weird. I love this bank and i always have. Fast and friendly customer service always. Whenever I have a fraudulent charge I get the money immediately and can get a new card printed immediately as well. I have always trusted this company with my money and I will continue doing so. Thanks PNC

Terrible customer service, bank manager is never available. I waited 30 minutes and left. Never received assistance from bank manager. Employees tellers talked and told played. Finally was told manager in a meeting and would be another 10 to 20 minute wait time.. I just left with no service granted
