I came here this morning at nine am to cash a check that I received from a settlement from transunion. That was drawn on pnc bank. I get inside the bank and give the lady older looking lady(she didnt give her name)my identification, which is also a real I d and the check and the lady says, oh well, we're not able to cash this check. I recently moved to the area and needed this Roxboro branch often, including wiring funds for the purchase of my home. I was told they had one banker on-site and they couldn't help me. What??? I can't close on my home because you won't staff your branch? The customer service at this branch has been terrible. I would have closed my account right then and there but ended up driving to a different branch 30min away and they made it happen.
Always such great customer service here! The teller was so kind, and the regional manager even made my kiddo’s day with sweet words and lollipops. Truly above and beyond!
This bank sucks they would not cash a check from their own bank. They were so rude. Even though I had plenty of ID they still wouldn't cash it. They were no help at all and told me I was welcome to go cash it somewhere else.
