Adam and KeKe are two of the best tellers that I’ve had to work with and have made it the easiest experience having an account at this bank!
My deposits, check cashing, inquiries handled, courtesy and friendliness of all of the staff.... couldn't ask for more. Katherine and B.J. and their dedicated coworkers are the best.
The quality of customer service has noticeably improved. Thanks to Keke and Lili, as well as the person who called back to ask about my visit experience. I can say that the new team inspires much more confidence. As promised, I'm changing my rating from one star to five.
