Good bank in a good location. Happened to catch a Teller in training so things could've gone a bit quicker. In any case, she was courteous and professional and did her best to get me out of there quickly, having accomplished what I came to do. Nice size bank. Ample parking. Easy access off Forest Hill boulevard.
This bank I could give them 0 stars I will,someone give me a check for 8,500 they want to charge me almost $200 just to cash it I would never open in account with them
Bank Manager Shey is extremely unprofessional and rude. Judges you and acclaims wrong information. Shey argued with me as a current customer of PNC to where I would never go back there ever again. Highly recommend she practices patience. She is not a professional person for that job in an anyway shape or form. And my brand new debit this said Manager gave me is snapped in half…
