I opened an account online through the app and being 47 years old I’ve always known enough about computers to get by. Well apparently I had 4 accounts open and couldn’t send or receive Zelle. Went to this location today and was greeted with the door held open by Eric. I told him my situation that I needed help with and he asked me if I minded waiting it’s probably gonna be a little while and I said no problem. Terrible treatment of elderly black individuals
Very disgusting how they treated an elderly black man. Everyone who reads this needs to go on social media and look up elderly man at PNC Bank see how they and their city officer handles the elderly with dementia. I will make sure everyone sees how this bank is. My whole family has accounts with this company and after what I saw we’re all closing our accounts. SMH. Do better
So y'all like to call the police on older black men who are clearly confused about where they bank at and offer no assistance huh? I hope it was worth it!!!
