Completely useless!!!! Every time I go in there cannot get anything done, say I need an appointment. Several occasions turned away. Tried to open new account but was told short staffed and to make an appointment, but next availability was in 5 days. They can’t even take my money successfully!!!!!
Want to give a shoutout to the banker Danny Ruiz! My family came in this week to adjust an account and although the staffing was short when we walked in, the staff was able to accommodate us and give us a later time to come back for an appointment. Danny was very professional and educational with the advice we needed for the account. He was able to keep us at ease and deal with each of our individual needs and questions. Highly recommend him, and I am grateful that we were able to see him during our visit at the bank.
Wanted to close account and couldn’t do it because I had no appointment. Bank was empty and 3 people attending . I came back after making appointment online and didn’t wanted to do it again because they were busy and online appointments were not accurate. Finally when I told them they must do it accepted and my account finally closed. Very bad costumer service. !
I have been working with Michelle for years and received the best service available! The tellers are very efficient. Please advise Michelle on helping my lofe so much
