Typical PNC pretending to be something they aren’t. This location isn’t open to the public. It serves the gated retirement community at this address and it’s not even a branch. It’s a single employee in a wiki office with no ATM. Remember, PNC cares nothing about its customers and nothing other than building a fake reputation it could never live up to. My hope is that they get a reality check and come to terms with the little retail bank that they are.
Great customer service. Smiling and polite, as well as diverse. I will go to this branch again.
