This PNC office is amazing. All of the staff is so kind and helpful.
Do NOT Open an account with PNC!!!! I had many bank account and never dealt with such unprofessional service…Their online accounts do not work properly. They stole money from me (charging me fees that were due to their mistake) they apologized but no one at the branch could help me even Ana the manager or the guy named Kevin who was not even acting properly for my appointment. I opened a CD and my transfer into the CD didn’t go in the day my other bank said it would . That’s not my issue my issue is the banker never contacted me to let me know so I thought for over a month that my CD was open and collecting interest when in fact it had not. Not to mention that there is never a banker in there when you need one. You could have one person in the teller line and it takes 20 minutes to get in and out of there.
