Very Frendlly and Polite
They just want to make life more complicated. I was asked that I had to come inside the bank to withdraw money instead of doing on the drive through because of “the amount”. It wasn’t even a lot of money and I had withdrawn a larger amount from other locations before with no problems. They said because they can capture me on camera while I’m in the building so what are you saying? And even that, you do have camera on the drive through or you’re telling me that it’s not working? Louisa, was extremely helpful this Friday afternoon! Friday’s can be a very busy day in a bank. She fit me in without and appointment within 20 minutes of my arrival and had me out the door with a new account in 30 minutes! She was personable and made the process simple!
