Horrible customer service. Avoid if you can.
Went there today to take out 350$ cash for some family time and it took my card like it was withdrawing the money. I waited and it returned my card. I waited and it said thank you for banking with pnc. I looked at my account and the money was taken out but I never received the money from the atm. This needs to be fixed immediately!!! Oh and their saying its gonna be 10 business days for the dispute! The employees couldnt even help me all they did was file something and sent me home after it took my money.
