Good afternoon, I have buss. account and frequent came here to deposit money through ATM but last night I lost $60 ($20*3)near ATM area around @10:50 pm. I requested branch manager , Don to see and figure out about my lost money through CC Tv footage. She said me she hasn’t and also said to cop. I am so surprised 😱 and how we are safe in ATM area . I didn’t ask to give my money but at-lest they must do help for customers problem. She treated me rudely and very badly . I am not recommending service of this Rockledge branch.

So happy to be banking at the PNC in Rockledge. Everyone there is super friendly and ready to help. I do have to recommend Andrea she truly takes care of her clients! She’s so informative and consistent!
