Closed all branches with real tellers, near me. On line is fine but it is better to walk into a bank and cash a check and get the denominations you want!

Update: I finally repaired the harm this loan did when my FICO scores recently rose above 800. Taking out a loan can sink your credit 20 points if you don’t use it to pay off other debt. I used my loan for vehicle repairs and pet care. And repaying the loan in full early also drops your score because the entire credit rating system is an unfair game for consumers. Worst bank I have ever experienced!! I wish I could give zero stars because PNC honestly doesn't deserve one star based on my experience. I wouldn't advise anybody to ever bank with PNC. I took a small unsecured loan and agreed to a three year repayment plan, but after 6 months of seeing how PNC inaccurately reported lower than true monthly payment amounts to the credit bureaus, I paid their loan off in full rather than continue doing business with such unethical, fake and crooked folks.
