So happy to be banking at the PNC in Rockledge. Everyone there is super friendly and ready to help. I do have to recommend Andrea she truly takes care of her clients! She’s so informative and consistent!
Where has customer service gone. First there was fraud on my PNC credit card. They found it on the 15 of June and I still don't have a new card. Then my sister went into the branch to get a counter check to pay for my mom's nursing home. They returned the check, never called us and sent an email to my husbands email, who is not on the account. When I went in to talk to the manager who was very nice, he proceed to tell me that there was a special on money markets that ended the day before, and even though a have a good amount... read more
Closed all branches with real tellers, near me. On line is fine but it is better to walk into a bank and cash a check and get the denominations you want!
