Come into the bank looking to open an account and I was told to make appointment for another day or go to another branch and see if anyone available. Because they too busy and have no time for me. This is by far the worst service ever from a bank
I have been trying to make an appointment to open a small business banking account with PNC for a month, I called first and gave my info and was told to expect a call back, that call never happened. I called back a few weeks later and scheduled another appointment, was told that I would receive an email confirming same.
