I've gone to this location a handful of times and just wanted to recognize Lindsey, Essence and Judy! Incredibly sweet ladies and always beyond helpful any time I've come into the branch!
Don't ever open a safe deposit box there. Don't even pretend you didn't know they gave one to you. They'll sign you up under the pretense that it's free even if you don't remember. Then they'll change the terms and agreement for something you've never used. And the worst part - even if you move out of state, never used the box, it's empty, you cannot sign an affidavit to close it. You are commanded to be there in person to close it. Drive-thru ATM always has trouble depositing check or cash
Come into the bank looking to open an account and I was told to make appointment for another day or go to another branch and see if anyone available. Because they too busy and have no time for me. This is by far the worst service ever from a bank
