No longer a bank, but just an ATM. They clearly list this online(that is nice). But very sad the staff needs to be On-Site to tell you "it's just an ATM" and they can't do anything to help you. This sends a mixed message. Loose the staff member and just put up a sign.
Tried to cash a bond and deposit into my bank account. They either couldn't or didn't know how to do it. They said have to go to a different pnc that actually knows how to cash a bond cause they had no idea what they are doing.
The absolute WORST bank. After being with them for nearly ten years, it has taken a serious turn for the worst. My account was hacked and over $1400 was stolen from me. They refuse to take any action on the fraud transaction. I've called multiple times and still no action will be taken. Honestly they should be shut down. Entirely.
