**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PNC BANK** This is a company interested in nothing more than taking your money by any means necessary. I was lied to and cheated. When I continued to escalate the issue with their “customer service” team, I was put on hold for hours and hung up on multiple times. Take your business elsewhere.
This is my favorite PNC branch. Everyone is incredibly professional and competent. Mrs. Tia Bonds is the best teller I’ve worked with at any bank. Thank you all for your commitment to service. Great bank.
most people are just trying to do their jobs and get through the pandemic right now. I’ve always had a great experience solely at the drive through. Very efficient.
