I think PNC is terrible as a bank but the employees at this location are always friendly and helpful.
Guy tells me they can't take damaged change although I opened up this account downtown with ten dollars worth of change and most of it was damaged. Horrible bank with lazy employees and it was a guy and the account is only good for depositing cash and being on the visa network otherwise I'd dump the account and I would imagine the bank makes money every time I make a purchase and can't find employees who can count change. Incredibly inconvenient hours
This branch has the worst service!! I was there recently and there were seven employees behind the counter and no one acknowledged me while I was in line waiting and it was just me at that time. Every single time I have ever come to this branch the customer service has always been bad, I won’t be back to do any banking at this branch.
