Guy tells me they can't take damaged change although I opened up this account downtown with ten dollars worth of change and most of it was damaged. Horrible bank with lazy employees and it was a guy and the account is only good for depositing cash and being on the visa network otherwise I'd dump the account and I would imagine the bank makes money every time I make a purchase and can't find employees who can count change. This branch has the worst service!! I was there recently and there were seven employees behind the counter and no one acknowledged me while I was in line waiting and it was just me at that time. Every single time I have ever come to this branch the customer service has always been bad, I won’t be back to do any banking at this branch.

I see Chris Jantz today. He’s very professional and helpful with my situation. Thank you Chris! Everyone in this particular PNC location is nice and helpful as well. They get me in and out pretty quickly, despite the fact that they’re always busy. I’ve never had any issue.
