I have a very positive experience banking at this branch. Staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular, I find banker Venkatesan to be very knowledgeable about PNC services and investments.
A person was being racist to certain people and racism should be forgotton
I loved how Sumathi helped me. I had an appointment with her and was running late. She waited for me and helped me resolving all my issues. Loved her customer service!
Manger refused to do a simpler notary work, so I had to go to another branch to get it done in 2 minutes
This was the absolute WORST banking exper!! I had to go to another branch to resolve my issues.. The woman who handled me was rude and highly incompetent…. I will never set foot in this place again…. The worst of the absolute worst!!!!
