I absolutely dislike the phone service with PNC Monroeville branch. I am trying to be added to my mother's account as she recently became bedridden and I'm told I have to hire an attorney. So I called " MY " PNC, Myrrysville branch who shed some light on how I can bring in proper paperwork to help with this issue. Thank you Kelly at the Murrysville branch for helping with this very frustrating issue!!! Finally.....the Monroeville branch of PNC should be " CLOSED!!"
Always one person working and you wait forever.
NO clue why the phone isn't ever answered when directly calling the Monroeville Branch..... kind of frustrating........
Based on all the current reviews, it seems apparent that they treat broke people very poorly (no pun intended) and people with money and investments with them very well. At a bank! Can you believe it? Lol
