Friendly, courteous and professional staff that always greet me with a smile. Over the years they've helped me open accounts for my children, open cd's for myself and most recently helped resolved fraudulent charges on my daughter's account. I can't say enough about the staff.
Walked right in and was greeted by staff. Convenient location.
wife used this branch to wire transfer a considerable sum for a down payment on our new house. the employee got our information wrong until my wife corrected him. I went there for help get a new debit card activated. the employee linked it to the wrong account even though I told her the last four. 5 stars though if you don’t expect your banking professionals to get names and numbers correct
Tulsa, Ryan and others make that Bank great
