New manager is horrible. I can understand short staff but when manager won't get off her a$$, to help its a problem. If she was my boss I'd quit. We miss Sarah!!
As soon as I saw the black lady, who is most likely only the manager there cause she's a double minority, I knew I'd have to go somewhere else. Just like the DMV. Useless people.
Horrible service from the manager named Rob. Everytime I go here, they change their rules/policies on me or they find some silly reason to not have to help me with my simple requests like a change of address. Going to be switching banks soon, it's been a nightmare.
I have been costumer for years. If it wasn't for this location to be literally on my way to work I would quit it. I cannot say I been there once and not felt violated, ether by rudeness of people or their "power" over you... All I hear is: "you cannot do that, or we cannot do that". Well it time to move on to place where I can hear "yes, you can do that and we are happy to help you." Goodbye PNC
