Don't do business with this bank in NJ, if your American African decent. They will waste your time and tell you there sorry. Find other financial institutions that actually want and appreciate American Africans business relationships.

I prefer to go to this branch for my banking needs. I am satisfied every visit and they really go above and beyond, especially Josselin. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I always feel as though I am in good hands when working with her. It is clear that she enjoys what she does. I would highly recommend this branch’s services.

Closed my account no hassle. 10/10 service, this is the branch I'd come back to if I ever needed to use PNC again.

There is no teller service here since October. It's just an ATM and offices, not open to public for walk-in banking services.

Pnc is very unprofessional and not too be trusted their company lies about giving back my money in my account I had $45 _25 in my check account and $12 savings account so they supposed to refund me $45 it's discrimination the check was sent back to the sender so it wasn't no fake check PNC bank is very hateful to denied me my money in my account black people should have the rights to put a large amount in a account with being lief to and the representative who I spoke to was mad if don't want work and help people and out tha... read more
