I came into the Pottstown PNC branch last minute before closing (literally) and they were still so pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable. No one seemed frustrated of my last minute entrance and all the staff were friendly with smiles. I previously went to two other places (one of them another PNC branch at a different location) and no one knew how to process my specific transaction. Thank you to all the Pottstown PNC employees who helped to assist me! Sometimes a smile and nice attitude can lift someone's spirits 😊
Friendly staff
Love PNC Bank. They've been my bank since they were Continental bank back in the 70s. I've been with them over 40 years and I would never change banks. The people who work there are the best. They're helpful, friendly, patient and professional. They take care of all your banking needs. Thank you PNC. Keep up the good work.
Has 36.00 overdraft but even when you tell them you don't want over draft they will allow it to build over and over once i had $700.00 in just over draft item but the cost of items totaled 37.00 and customer service refuses to help out at all. Will be closing account and moving to navy fed.
