Has 36.00 overdraft but even when you tell them you don't want over draft they will allow it to build over and over once i had $700.00 in just over draft item but the cost of items totaled 37.00 and customer service refuses to help out at all. Will be closing account and moving to navy fed.
I have started to use this PNC branch because my son lives in Pottstown so it's convenient. The people working their are always pleasant and greet you when you enter.
Just left 9/18. Poorest service I ever received. Bank was not busy. They saw me at service desk and not one of the 4 bankers asked could they assist. Very disappointing .
