PNC stole my non profits money. I tried to out a cash donation into the ATM. Which it allowed me to do. Took my money they the machine said it couldn’t complete the transaction but never gave me my money back. I went inside to get it and they told me to call my bank! They can easily look at the recent transaction and see that it was taken and returned my money! Shame on them from stealing from a non profit!

I have started to use this PNC branch because my son lives in Pottstown so it's convenient. The people working their are always pleasant and greet you when you enter. I just want to add that Matt, Alex, Megan and Leroy are so very helpful. This is a branch I go to when in Pottstown. I am treated very well and I see that ours are treated the same way. It is nice to be treated as if you mattered and not just a job.

I came into the Pottstown PNC branch last minute before closing (literally) and they were still so pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable. No one seemed frustrated of my last minute entrance and all the staff were friendly with smiles. I previously went to two other places (one of them another PNC branch at a different location) and no one knew how to process my specific transaction. Thank you to all the Pottstown PNC employees who helped to assist me! Sometimes a smile and nice attitude can lift someone's spirits 😊
