Excellent customer service. Friendly staff, you're greeted when you walk in and someone is ready to help when they are available. The manager Matt went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved.
If I can give this review, no stars, I would! I have been baking with PNC for over 15 years came into the Branch in POTTSTOWN only twice To withdraw Money each time it was like, pulling teeth, gave them too far of identification, even filled out the withdrawal slip! Avoid this, Branch! especially if you were a person of color!!!!
