PNC in general has horrible policies, the manager-Jerri of the Graham, NC branch is ridiculous and talks to people like they're dumb and beneath her. We recently had another issue on top of many after almost 8 years we are leaving this bank. Poor customer service, very slow and dont even think about depositing a check and asking for even 2% of it back in cash. You can not touch your money until the next business day.
Everyone is so helpful and Jerri is just the most helpful banker there is at the Graham NC branch. I will never bank anywhere else!
